Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation is a continuous requirement for all employers. Handson Safety Services Limited offers assistance via the provision of a competent professional consultancy service at minimal expenditure to yourselves.
Service Operation:
Our clients are provided with a telephone link with Handson Safety Services Limited and should receive an immediate response to queries. Advice that necessitates the individual attention of one of our consultants will not normally take longer than 24 hours.
Premium membership to the Handson Safety Services Limited Retainer Scheme is billed @ £90.00 + VAT per month
Premium members of the Handson Safety Services Limited Retainer Scheme, which includes Health or Safety or Environmental services, are entitled to the following:
Preparation of Company Safety Policy documentation or review of your existing Policy, which includes a free site survey and report for this purpose. Assistance in the reporting of accidents/incidents to the Enforcing Authorities. Use of our name to assure your customers you receive professional advice Advice on all your Health and Safety problems.
Telephone advice line available 09.00 to 17.00 hours Mon– Fri.*
Annual review and updating of your Safety Policy Document as required.
* In extreme cases emergency calls can be received outside of these hours.
Executive membership to the Handson Safety Services Limited Retainer Scheme is billed @ £140.00 + VAT per month
As executive members of the Handson Safety Services Limited Retainer Scheme, you will be entitled to all of the above, plus:
- All accidents initially investigated to find the root causation and recommendations made.
- A free annual safety audit
- A free workplace risk assessment
- Membership to the Handson Safety Services Limited Retainer Scheme, combining both Health and Safety and Environmental disciplines is billed at an additional £45.00 + VAT per month
Executive Gold
In addition to the above schemes we offer an in-house consultancy service tailored to the needs of your business. A dedicated consultant will support you in policy development and the implementation of the organsiation of safety and local health and safety arrangements. We will help maintain your safety management system for you in accordance with best practice. This particular scheme would suit organisations that may be considering or are temporarily without their own dedicated safety advisor. Our scheme offers an extremely cost effective alternative. Your requirements are discussed in confidence for an agreed programme of consultancy. Fees for this service are negotiated individually for each organisation to ensure best value to you, and are invoiced monthly.
